Edge has its own Chrome Web Store.
Microsoft Edge has an extension store, Edge Add-ons, same idea as the Chrome Web Store. Your developer profile there links back to your website. If you already have a Chrome extension, the same zip works on Edge. If you don’t, you can publish a new one.
microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons
Where you start: the Edge Add-ons Developer page → Login to Partner Center.
Three steps. One zip you already have.
Sign up free as an Edge Add-ons developer
Register on Microsoft Partner Center: partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/microsoftedge/
Upload the same zip you use for the Chrome Web Store
Edge runs Chrome extensions, so the package you already ship works there too.
Add your website in your developer profile, then submit
That profile link is the backlink.
No extension yet? Make the minimal version
Think of the smallest version of your product that works as an extension. MagicSlides makes presentations, so our extension is simple: you’re on a website, you click it, it opens a new tab and starts generating the presentation from that page. Something that simple is enough to get listed.
Our MagicSlides extension on the Chrome Web Store. Edge is next on my list.
