2.1 Landing page & taking payments
2:21You need two things before an ad: a place to send people and a way to take their money. From a proper Razorpay page to the dead-simple “here’s my UPI, send a screenshot” trick for your first sale. Don’t overthink it — do things that don’t scale, get the first rupee in.
2.2 Installing Claude Code from scratch
2:06Total beginner? Perfect. Zero to a working Claude Code setup — subscription, installing Node.js the next-next-next way, CLI running in your terminal. I promise you won’t learn a single word of code.
2.3 Setting up Claude Code on Mac
3:29My own full walkthrough on a Mac. Google “Claude Code”, grab the one-line CLI command, paste it into Terminal, then run “claude” and sign in with /login. I show why I still prefer the terminal over the desktop app, and why I pick a Claude subscription (Pro/Max) over the pay-as-you-go API. Start to finish, no code.
2.4 Connecting Claude to Chrome
3:09This is the piece that lets Claude actually click inside Ads Manager for you. I give Claude control of your browser: open Chrome, add the Claude extension from the Chrome Web Store and pin it, then run “claude” and “/chrome” to reconnect the extension. I show it live — asking Claude to open magicslides.app — plus the allow/deny prompts and how to stop them.
2.5 Quick setup — Claude Code on Mac

2.7 Connect the Meta Ads MCP to Claude Code
3:00Meta has launched an official Ads MCP, so Claude can work with your ad account directly instead of clicking through the browser. One command adds it, /mcp shows “Needs authentication”, and you log in to Facebook once and approve Claude. Then I ask Claude to list everything it can now do: 98 tools across campaigns, ad sets and ads, creatives, pages and Instagram, custom audiences, insights, pixels and catalogs. Make sure you’re already logged in to Facebook in your browser before you click Authenticate. The login is blurred and fast-forwarded (marked ▶▶).
3. How the ads make money

3.1 Optimize for Sales, not Traffic
2:38The mistake that cost me ₹1,500 for zero sales — learn it from me. Facebook asks what you want and most people pick Traffic. Wrong. Always choose Sales, so Facebook finds people who actually buy, not just click.
3.2 Purchase tracking & the Facebook pixel
3:10For Facebook to find buyers, it must know when someone buys — that’s the pixel. How purchase tracking works, why it’s non-negotiable, and how Claude sets it up by editing my site’s code directly while I barely touch anything.
3.3 Selecting the page & ad creative
4:06Live inside Ads Manager, hands off the keyboard. Watch Claude pick the right Facebook page, catch its own mistakes and fix them, and choose the creative on its own. Your job is to guide, not to click.
3.4 Organic content that fuels your ads
2:02Your best ads are posts that already worked. Why I re-optimised my existing content, the one mistake that quietly kills videos as ads (music — please stop!), and why “document, don’t create” makes every future ad cheaper.
3.5 Budget, ROAS guardrails & pricing
4:00How you sleep at night: guardrails. I tell Claude — just by talking — to stop the ad if ROAS drops below 1 after 3 days and never spend over ₹1,500. Plus a pricing trick (a higher-priced option) that lifts your average order value.

4.1 Why do it yourself, not an agency
5:47Real talk. I hired someone for 8 months — ₹20k salary + ₹20–30k ad spend — and got one or two sales. Burned lakhs paying others. Why running it yourself with Claude isn’t about replacing people; it’s about finally being able to afford ads at all.
4.2 My story & handling judgment
3:28A personal one. Teaching coding years ago, being too shy to charge, and why I finally chose to monetise instead of giving it all away free. Scared of being judged for launching? People judge you anyway — do the thing.

5. Live: new ad account to ads running

5.1 Create a new Facebook ad account with Claude
9:43Live, start to finish: I ask Claude to create a brand-new ad account (TalkToAds), and it does it inside Business Settings while I watch. Why I keep a second ad account so one ban can’t take the pixel down, what a business portfolio actually is (ask Claude whenever something confuses you, like I do here), connecting the right Page + Instagram, and adding funds by UPI. Silent stretches where Claude is working are fast-forwarded (marked ▶▶).
5.2 Set up the Meta pixel & test it
3:46Ten minutes in, we have an account that can run ads. Now the pixel, so Facebook knows when a sale happens. I hand Claude a screenshot of the new account and it wires the purchase event (browser + server) into my site, deploys, then tests it. WordPress, Shopify or custom, the steps are the same: save it on your platform, then ask Claude to test. Plus the Meta Pixel Helper extension to see which events any page fires.
5.3 Create 5 image ads with Claude (+ spying in the Ads Library)
8:46No creative? One sentence: “this is the page I want to run ads to, make me five image ads and show me in the browser.” Claude has no image model, so it designs them in HTML, using my own photos and font. Then I research the Meta Ads Library for ads that have run for months (they’re making money), find a real-estate niche ad, and ask Claude for five niche variants. Why every personalised ad deserves its own landing page.
5.4 Launch the sales campaign (₹1k/day, old pixel, no claims)
7:55One message: use the five images, ₹1,000/day, a conversion (Sales) campaign on the new account, with my existing pixel. Claude flags that Meta rejected my ads on 2 Oct for income claims, so we strip the claims first. Watch it switch between the Meta Ads connector and Chrome on its own when Meta’s new UI needs a click, and connect the old pixel so Facebook doesn’t spend thousands relearning who buys.
5.5 Track every sale with UTMs (DataFast)
1:08Claude adds UTM tags to every ad link. Here’s why: in DataFast I can see revenue by city, browser and source, and open a single buyer to see which exact ad and campaign brought them. Facebook vs Google vs Instagram, no guessing.
5.6 Review, publish & the ads go live
1:58“Open this campaign in Chrome so I can approve it.” A last look at all five ads in Ads Manager, how to switch the campaign off if you want, and two ads already approved while I watch. ₹2,000 in, goal: the first sale. This is how you talk to your ads.
