Day in the life: doing my team's task myself to find their real blockers

day in the life of building a generational business basically if you want to see how my day today looks like it's kind of start of the day i um i'm talking with the team on what they need um yesterday what they have worked on and why they were not able to complete to what was my expectations i want to understand why is there a difference between what they are able to deliver compared to what my expectations are so one of the things which i'll be doing is i'll be doing the same task which they i asked them to do of course it's not a task which once does it like you can do it more and more but the point being i want to understand what are their struggles so that i can help with them second point i have one of the tasks which i can obviously delegate but i want to quickly get it done and afterwards i'll be creating a lot of content today let's see how that
