Skype's shutdown broke my customer-calling workflow. Dialpad is my replacement: calls and SMS on your own Twilio account — dramatically cheaper than any subscription, built for people exactly like me.

was really devastating because Skype is something which I used to use on a regular basis to contact all the customers which I have. We serve internationally. We are a SaaS business and it's very essential for us to be in contact through those SMS or calls. And I was like, what should I do now? Well, we wanted to get on board, learn something which can help serve the people exactly like me. That's the time I built Dialpad. Dialpad is basically a product which is, imagine Skype. It works with Twilio. Twilio is a service which does the calling and everything. If you set it up, it's much, much, much cheaper than getting any sorts of different subscription. Comment link.
