- Pick a repeatable format: live reaction, breakdown, tier-list, "this went viral, here's why."
- Same niche + same format = the algorithm learns who to show you to.
Make it transformative (and legal)
Safe- Add real value: commentary, analysis, edits, your own footage. Don't just replay someone's clip.
- Keep borrowed clips short, talk over them, cut between. Transformative use protects you from strikes.

Hook- Open on the most shocking frame or your hottest take — not an intro.

Run it like a factory
Volume- Batch: film 5–10 reactions in one sitting, schedule them out.
- Clip your long-form into 6–10 shorts each — one upload becomes a week of posts.
