make sure people understand they really need this or what you can do is you see some idea trying to build an MVP out of it or in a short period of time get it out there and see how people react to it if they are reacting well they are excited they are ready to pay my always thesis and this kind of change later on where for one of my product I had to but my major of the time thesis was always have a paid only product that make sure so that you are not you know, spending time working with people who are not going to end up using your product. You'll find thousands of people who will be like, hey, this is good. Hey, this is this. But you'll only be able to get understanding of the need if they're actually putting the money. So that is my thesis.
