quickly compare about how it is different working with ai compared to software developers so hello everyone my name is sanskar i'm the founder of indian abcatech private limited we have a team of six to seven uh developers and recently i have been very much attracted towards ai to get things done so i started my journey by publishing things on my own uh two years to three years back i used to do everything on my own then i once the product scaled i was able to hire the team i have tried my best to actually literally try to train them to think like me where i have gone to the depth of the explanation of why we are doing a task why we are prioritizing a task on a very regular and daily basis it always was a struggle to make sure things are getting done today when i work with ai i feel much more reliable because the things is happening right in front of me i can instantly test that and uh if i have any feedback i can instantly provide and make sure it's done on the contrary if i give some tasks to other person it very much is more likely to ended up being not exactly what i want there is a hundred percent or at least sixty seventy percent chance they are using ai anyways for major of the code so it becomes very confusing position for me um that should i spend time discussing the feature for one hour with them or i could have explained that to ai and let the ai do the work
