Lesson 2.1 — Categorise 500 support tickets in one drag

1:03

The classification job every SaaS and agency needs, done with one formula.

Transcript preview

In this lesson we take five hundred raw support tickets and turn them into a clean, categorised report. This is a job agencies charge fifteen thousand rupees for, and you are going to do it with one formula. Here is what lands in your inbox. A raw export. A few thousand rows of customer messages with no structure at all, and a deadline of end of week. Paste it straight into Google Sheets. Do not clean it, do not sort it. Column A is the ticket, column B is the message, and column C is where the money happens. Now the only thing you type all day. Sheet A I, then your instruction in plain English, then the cell you want it to read. Notice there is no clever prompt engineering here. You are just telling it what the four buckets are. Grab the corner and drag. That is it. Every row fills itself, and five hundred of them finish while you make chai. What you just produced is a customer feedback audit. Agencies quote fifteen thousand rupees for this and take two days. You did it in nine minutes. In the next lesson we clean up the mess that real client data always has.
