Most developers don't even localise the screenshots or the name. Personalise for the country and you have a chance.

So you see here, I don't even know which language this is, but the point is they are able to focus on that country and they understand that country, how they want to see the UI, how they want things to be personalized for them. I feel major of the people don't even personalize the screenshots and the names and such to even have a chance to be targeted. So that is something which we'll keep in mind as we are going through these ideas.
