Your first five clients are not on a freelancing site competing with two hundred people on price. They are in four places, and all four are near you already. One. People already posting video that is badly edited, because they have proven they will do this every week. Two. Coaches and consultants, who have a course to sell and no time. Three. Small agencies who are full and quietly need someone. Four. Local businesses with a decent phone and nobody to hand it to. And skip these. Anybody who says exposure. Anybody who has never posted a single video, because you will be teaching them the whole idea for free. And any first job that arrives with more than two rounds of changes built into it.…
