Once your own clips start working, people comment instead of messaging, and you are editing when they do. The first reply has to happen without you. You pick a word, and anybody who comments that word gets a message from you automatically, within seconds, while you are still editing. Make it answer the thing they asked rather than saying hello. One link, never three. And end on a question, because a message that ends in a question gets a reply and a message that ends in a link gets ignored.…
