This is the job that scales your invoice. Product descriptions, priced per item. A client with five hundred products is a five hundred item invoice. Clients always have this. A sheet of S K Us with a few attributes each. Material, colour, sleeve, occasion. That is enough to work with. Now here is the professional move. The brand voice instruction sits inside the prompt. Warm, premium, no hype, forty words. Write it once and every single row inherits it. That consistency is what the client is actually paying for. Before you run five hundred, get the voice signed off. Ask the client for three descriptions they already love, paste those into your prompt as examples, run five rows and send them for approval. Then drag. This one habit will save you from rewriting an entire catalogue. Five hundred products at fifty to two hundred rupees each. That is twenty five thousand to one lakh, for one afternoon of actual work.
