Lesson 4.4 — Score the list so sales calls the right ten

0:46

Fit scoring that makes a five hundred row list actually usable.

Transcript preview

A five hundred row list is overwhelming, not useful. The question a sales team actually has is simple. Which ten do I call first? Scoring answers it. Put your client's own description into the prompt, then score fit against it. Sort that column descending and the top of the list becomes this week's call sheet. And deliver it as three tabs instead of one. Call these first, everything scoring eight and above. Then the rest of the qualified list. Then the excluded ones with the reason why. That third tab is what makes you look thorough instead of lazy. Put the whole module together and one scored, enriched, personalised list of five hundred leads is a forty thousand rupee deliverable that you built in an afternoon. Module five is about making it look like it took a week.
