Most freelancers do good work and then lose the repeat order at the handover. Here is the package that prevents that. Send exactly five things. The sheet itself, view only, with a clean first tab. A C S V export, because half of them just want a file. One screenshot of the summary. Three lines on what you found. And one line on what you would do next. And that last line matters more than everything above it. What I would do next is a proposal that does not look like a proposal. It moves you from someone who does tasks to someone who has opinions. Most of your second projects will start with that one sentence. And kill revisions before they happen. Get five sample rows approved before the full run. Restate the scope inside the delivery note. And name clearly what was included and what would be extra. Do that and you will almost never argue about a deliverable again.…
