Lesson 4.1 — Build a lead list from nothing

Lead lists are the product agencies buy and resell every day. And you can build one starting from nothing but a category and a city. The raw list comes from somewhere obvious. Google Maps results for a category and a city. A trade directory or an association member page. LinkedIn search results copied into a column. Or the easiest one of all, the client's own list of customers who went quiet. You do not need much. A company name and a website is enough. Everything else in this module gets built on top of these two columns. And one rule you should never break. Only use publicly listed business information. Nothing behind a login, nothing personal. Business email, business phone, business address. Stay on the right side of that line and this is a clean, sellable product. A raw list like this is worth five to ten rupees a lead. Not much.
