Here is the part I did not expect to be showing you, and it is the reason a generated deck can be better than the one you would have written at eleven at night. While it builds, the left panel shows what it is reading. Q three win rate and conversion metrics, six facts. Customer churn analysis, four facts. Six named sources at the bottom. This is not a model guessing at industry numbers, it is going and finding them. And now look at the two greyed out rows. Q three actual performance data, no results. Q four specific goals, no results. It went looking for my company’s real internal numbers, did not find them, and said so. It did not invent a plausible figure to fill the slide. If you present a deck with a made up number in it, you find out in the meeting. This is the behaviour you want. So treat those no results rows as a homework list. Those are exactly the places where your own real numbers have to go, and you now know precisely which slides need them. We will do that edit in module eleven.
