Almost nobody builds a deck from nothing. You build it from a report you already wrote, or one somebody sent you. So let us start there, with a real one. This is the Federal Reserve report on household finances. Eighty two pages. I drag it into the same box you have been using all along, and watch the chip underneath it. P D F, twenty six thousand three hundred and eighty four words. It read the whole thing, not the first page. Now the prompt. I am not going to say turn this into a deck, because that gives the model nothing. I am going to say make a twelve slide briefing for a finance team. Who is in the room, how long, and what I want them to walk out knowing. And here is the part people scroll past. It reads the file, then it plans an outline, and only then does it start designing.
