Setting up Claude Code in the terminal

One command to install it, why I use the terminal over the app, and logging in with a subscription.

feel before anyone gets started, you will need one thing, which is having Claude set up, right? Claude is something which I have set up, and it might seem, like, very daunting looking at this particular box because a lot of people might be preferring to use, app, Claude app, right? But my suggestion, I literally have credits in, uh-- So I used to use, uh-- I was a very big user of Cursor, right? Even now, I have around six hundred dollars of credit, which I got because I went to do a Y Combinator meetup in Bangalore. But the point is, um-- event, basically. But the point is that I rarely use Cursor, and I'm actually paying for Claude. The reason why it's happening is I even, tried something latest called Gro. But the point is, the reason I prefer to use it on terminal versus using the native application is because this is the most direct way for you to interact with your computer, right? Before this whole UI thing happened, this is where the operating system first created. You know, in our, school, we learned about different commands of how to MD, LS, to get the list, th-those kind of things. That is how it bu- it was built. Now, whenever th-there were so many tries by all these companies to try to, you know, control the whole laptop, click here, click there, but it always has a very high latency because it has to take a screenshot, understand what is happening, and then take steps. The best part about terminal is it has the commands thing, so it can execute much better compared to any other. So if you are someone who's comfortable with, you can also do it over here. There is a Claude code option. You can go New. You can go over here. You can do here as well. Same thing. There will be no difference at all. But the reason I use this terminal, is because it's much faster. I have tried multiple times because I also wanted to have, easy chat access and everything, but it always works out the best way if I use this, much faster. So, how to get started over here?
