The mindset: ship, taste, momentum
6:41The three rules I build by: ship over perfect, taste over syntax, momentum over mastery. Why money isn’t a dirty word when you add value, and why the person who enjoys the game is the one who survives it.

One rule, which I always stand by, is ship rather than try to perfect. This can go opposite to a lot of people's theory of, hey, I want to create something great. I want to create something which I'm proud of. And they just get busy with that. That's not what I'm going to do. We are going to ship something which can actually generate you money. The whole goal of the course, build something, have your buy buttons on the internet, and get your first sale. So I don't just plan to teach you code on how to build stuff. I do plan to include everything which is required to do the selling part as well. The number two is taste is better than the syntax. There was a time when it used to be we need to have a modularized course so that new employees, when they joined, they should learn the code. I personally ran a team of four plus developers at times. What one guy coded while other people were in the team, after even a whole year, both guys were working on the same code base. One guy was working on some specific feature. The other guy was working on other things. I kept on iterating to that guy, please check out his changes. Please keep in mind what he's doing. He was never able to understand those changes. But today, you don't need to worry about any of those things. Today, you need to understand, do you have a taste for what is people want? If you do, forget about modelizing. Forget about how the code is written. Even if everything is in binary or you don't understand the shit, but if your app works fine, people will pay. And that's what we focus on. I feel a lot of people have a very negative association of money. And that does happen when you think of money in a way that you're charging it to do it for yourself. But keep one thing always in mind. We are going to add value to people's life, then only they'll pay. I have been in this industry for more than five years. And you don't survive a long-term game, unless if you have some short-term plans. I survived because any time someone felt they didn't get their value, they asked for refund. I gave that refund. If they came to me that, hey, since your product doesn't work for me, it's shit. Give the refund. Build something which actually works. There's a reason I have 25 plus products, right? I was not trying to sell what I feel is right. I sold what people told me is adding the most value. Taste over syntax. Momentum over mastery. This course is not going to make you the expert to wipe, coder, give you a useless certificate. Nothing like that. Publish your product. Have buy buttons on the internet. Generate your sale. As simple as that. And to do that, you need to keep a momentum. I kept doing this even though after two years I made zero money. I kept doing that even after that one more year, I had zero money. I did six months of job, kept trying to think about it. I made zero money. If you're joining this course, don't join it. If you're expecting, vibe coding is the short term solution to solve your money problems. This is a part of a lifestyle. Do you want to be someone who builds product for living? Does that inspire you? Does that excite you? Because it does to me. The only reason I was able to do more than the other people was not because I'm too much hardworking. After a while, emotions take over. And when they do, the person who survives the most is the person who is emotionally enjoying what he's doing. That's one of the biggest thing. If you're not enjoying what you're doing, you'll not survive. Someone else who is enjoying will outcompete you. So you need to have a momentum. You need to be committed to this course. You need to give this course at least three months of time after you follow these things. I will tell you everything, but trust me when I say this. The world is a very unpredictable place, and that is why it's fun. If everything was predefined, you do this, this happens. It would be the most lamest place to be alive. So find fun in the negatives of the world, and enjoy the game of life. That's the goal. Getting stuck is the part of the process. You'll get stuck at many places during this course. As I said, this is not build a course and done for that. My goal with this course is to document everything which I have learned so that you don't have to repeat the same mistakes. Perfect, so to summarize, you'll build a real product and ship it. From idea to paying product, we'll talk about the setup, we'll talk about the idea, we'll talk about how to build, we'll talk about how to ship. Ship is basically means how it's available to the world. Monetize, how you'll monetize my experiences, my learnings, how I monetize, what platforms I use, which works, what problems you face with different platform processors. It costed me lakhs of rupees. The whole knowledge is coming to you in a single course. One payment, ship along. So we'll clear all your doubts. We have a discussion time, as I said. Five days, the day you start this course, and if you followed it for five days, this is not a one hour course, by the way. It will be more of like you watch one hour video and you execute on it for eight hours. If you do that, even for five days, you'll have a ship product. Even if you started from scratch, I can promise you that. Just turn on a live video stream on Twitter or whatever platform you choose. Go live and be like, I'm gonna work eight hours, follow what Sanskar has suggested, and just do it. Don't question, don't overthink stuff. Just do what is said, build a product, put your buy buttons on the internet and talk about that shit. I'll talk about everything, how to market and my experiences of all of around it. But if you just follow, you'll have a shippable product and if it works out, you'll generate sales or else you'll build something else. But you will make your sale if you kept the momentum on.
