
Where we are — what's done, what's left
2:31A checkpoint. Extension works, login works, user profiles work. What's left is the landing page — I build it in Next.js inside a project I already had. Also why a free plan makes selling easier than going paid-only.

So we have been working for a while. I just want to quickly summarize on what is done and what is pending. We need to create a Chrome extension, right? That's a main basic thing. We realized a lot of, sorry, edge cases, we made sure it works, login oath, user profile management. So you need to be able to know, man, like who is free user, how many users you have, who signed up, when, something, those information. Extraction should work, export to Google should work, add their own Google sheet URL. All of this is done. Then we need the landing page. You said how you will do this is you will create a landing page. I'm using next year's by the way. So I already had a project I created that page inside that if you don't have it, you just ask Claude to create a new next year's project and then it will create the landing page pre-plan and paid plan. So we decided 25 leads are free for more pay. Get paid a go. Now guys, I have gone through this journey. That time I just made it paid only. I recommend that as well but it's helpful guys. It's anyways always easier to give a free plan for people to try it before they buy it and it kind of makes selling easier. So just try it out. If you feel it's much better conversion with paid only, then go with that. So we have the landing page and it took the design inspiration from my other things. I don't think it's testing everything.
